“FILLING” is a whimsical installation that combines wooden dolls, cartons, found objects, and toys with other affordable materials to create a framework for key terminology, themes, concepts, and events from Western contemporary dance history. It serves as peep-hole into a world unknown for majority. “Filling” exposes historical fragments wrapped in “kitsch” aesthetics.
